Fusion Mastery – Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Fusion Mastery website and any affiliated course platform (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Website Content & Information Accuracy

All information, tutorials, course materials, product listings, and resources provided through the Services are offered on an “as-is” basis.

While we strive to provide accurate, useful, and up-to-date information, the website may contain:

  • inaccuracies,

  • outdated material,

  • errors or omissions,

  • or information that changes over time (such as software features, pricing, or workflows).

We will do our best to keep information current, but we encourage users to contact us directly for clarification if needed.

2. Ownership of Content

All content available on or purchased through Fusion Mastery is protected by copyright, including but not limited to:

  • video lessons,

  • course downloads,

  • sample and project files,

  • written materials,

  • code and expression examples,

  • tool presets and file assets,

  • graphics and thumbnails,

  • product descriptions and articles.

All intellectual property remains owned by Fusion Mastery and its licensors. No rights or ownership are transferred to you through purchase.

3. License to Use Course Materials

When you purchase or subscribe to Fusion Mastery, you are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the course for your personal learning only.

You may:

  • watch video lessons,

  • download any included resources (if offered),

  • use personal copies of project files for your own learning and creative work.

You may NOT:

  • upload, publish, or share course content publicly,

  • post content online or in group drives,

  • resell, redistribute, or give copies away,

  • share internal download files with others,

  • transfer your account or license to another person.

4. Recording and Content Security

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • recording or screen-capturing lessons,

  • scraping or extracting text or video content,

  • bypassing streaming or download protections,

  • attempting to reverse-engineer the platform or delivery system.

Any attempt to copy or extract lessons, tools, or files may result in immediate access termination without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Account Sharing & Unauthorized Access

Your subscription or purchase grants access to one individual only.

You may not:

  • share login credentials,

  • allow others to use your account,

  • access lessons from multiple households,

  • publicly post your login information.

Suspicion or evidence of account sharing may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Restrictions on Sharing Downloads, Bonuses & Discounts

Any included or future file downloads, assets, or member resources are licensed to the purchaser only.

You may not share:

  • project files,

  • internal downloads,

  • bonus tools or assets,

  • templates or presets,

  • discount codes or special pricing offers,

  • subscriber-only links or pages.

Distribution or public sharing of any restricted material may result in account removal without refund.

7. Lifetime Access Policy

Fusion Mastery course purchases include lifetime access, defined as permanent access for as long as:

  • the Fusion Mastery course platform exists, and

  • your account remains in good standing.

This does not guarantee:

  • continued platform existence,

  • future updates,

  • new lessons,

  • future software compatibility,

  • or replacement files.

The course may be removed, closed, retired, or discontinued at any time at our discretion.

8. Course Updates & Platform Availability

We may modify, update, expand, pause, or remove:

  • lesson content,

  • course structure,

  • pricing tiers,

  • memberships,

  • included files,

  • or platform features
    at any time, without obligation to notify users.

Future updates are not guaranteed. Software evolves faster than educational content, and course material may not match future DaVinci Resolve or Fusion versions.

9. Communication & Support

You may contact us through official support methods listed on the site.

We do not guarantee:

  • 24/7 availability,

  • personal coaching or mentoring,

  • or technical problem resolution.

10. Billing & Payment Terms

Payment must fully process before access is granted.

You agree that:

  • taxes or fees may apply,

  • pricing may change at any time,

  • continued subscription billing may occur until cancellation.

All refund-related terms are listed separately on our dedicated Refund Policy page and are incorporated by reference.

11. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

  • increased earnings,

  • artistic outcomes,

  • project success,

  • software skill improvement,

  • or specific results.

Your progress depends on time, effort, and individual background.

12. Compatibility Disclaimer

Fusion Mastery content is intended primarily for DaVinci Resolve and Fusion workflows. Future compatibility is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • software or plugin changes,

  • operating system or hardware changes,

  • discontinued features,

  • or user technical environment issues.

13. Third-Party Links

The course platform may include links to third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for:

  • external content,

  • safety or privacy practices,

  • product reliability,

  • or third-party support.

14. Termination

We may revoke access at any time if:

  • terms are violated,

  • content is misused,

  • distribution is attempted,

  • illegal access occurs,

  • or account fraud is detected.

Termination does not guarantee refund.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Mastery and Wipp Productions LLC are not liable for:

  • lost profits,

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • business interruption,

  • data loss or corruption,

  • or harm arising from the use of the course or website.

All use of the Services is at your own risk.
