Fusion Mastery – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Fusion Mastery courses and digital products. By purchasing or accessing any Fusion Mastery product, you agree to the terms outlined on this page.


1. Standard Refund Period — 14 Days

Fusion Mastery offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible course purchases.

To qualify:

  • the refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase,

  • the request must be submitted through our support email or official contact form listed on the site.

Refund requests received outside this 14-day window are not eligible.


2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact us using one of the following:

Your request must include:

  • your full name,

  • purchase email,

  • course purchased,

  • and the reason you are requesting a refund.

We typically reply within 5–7 business days, though response times are usually sooner.

We may ask clarifying questions about your experience to help improve future versions of the course, but answering those questions is optional.


3. Course Progress & Eligibility Requirements

Refunds are designed for new students who decide the course is not the right fit — not to provide free course access.

Therefore, access and progress will be reviewed when a refund is requested.

You may be denied a refund if you have consumed or completed 30% or more of the course content.

Course completion may be measured through:

  • lesson watch tracking,

  • quiz completion,

  • download logs,

  • module progress percentage,

  • or platform analytics provided by Course Creator 360.

We reserve the right to determine how course completion percentage is calculated.


4. No Refunds if Terms Were Violated

Refund eligibility is automatically void if the customer has:

  • violated our Terms of Service,

  • shared course files,

  • downloaded materials for distribution,

  • engaged in account sharing,

  • recorded content illegally,

  • or accessed the course or platform fraudulently.

Customers removed for misconduct are not entitled to refunds.


5. Immediate Access Removal

If a refund is approved:

  • customer access to Fusion Mastery courses and content will end immediately,

  • login credentials will become inactive,

  • and the customer will no longer have rights to use or retain any downloaded material.

Downloaded files must be permanently deleted and cannot be used for future educational, personal, or commercial purposes.


6. Exclusion of Additional Products

Refund eligibility applies only to Fusion Mastery courses unless otherwise specified.

Refunds generally do not apply to:

  • standalone digital downloads,

  • templates,

  • bonus packs,

  • coaching,

  • consulting,

  • subscription memberships,

  • or non-course product types.

If a non-course product includes its own refund rules, those rules apply instead.


7. Technical or Billing Errors

If a duplicate charge, billing mistake, or technical fault results in incorrect billing, we will correct the issue regardless of progress or course usage.

Customers must report billing errors within 30 days of charge.


8. Abuse, Fraud, or Multiple Refund Attempts

Fusion Mastery reserves the right to refuse refunds to individuals who:

  • repeatedly purchase and refund products,

  • attempt to exploit refund timing,

  • submit false or abusive claims,

  • or demonstrate malicious activity.

We maintain the right to protect program integrity.


9. Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.

Processing time may vary depending on bank or card provider.
Typical financial processing timing:

  • credit cards: 5–10 business days,

  • PayPal or similar processors: up to 3–5 business days.

Delays outside of our control are possible.


10. Policy Updates

Fusion Mastery may update this policy at any time. The version posted on this page is the official version.

Customers are encouraged to review the terms prior to purchase.
